Jen Ballman is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor with extensive experience in mental health counseling, clinical supervision, and program development. She is passionate about mentoring counselors-in-training, facilitating professional development, and working with clients in both individual and group settings.
With a strong background in eating disorder treatment and higher levels of care, Jen has provided individual, group, and family therapy, led treatment teams, and implemented evidence-based interventions such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Her expertise also extends to forensic and community mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
Jen is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Minnesota, with pending licensure in North Carolina and Washington. She holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, with a focus on criminal justice. Committed to client-centered care and professional growth, she continues to advocate for comprehensive and ethical mental health treatment.
